I have tried searching but have failed to find anything like this, so please excuse me if this has already been suggested.

I wanted to rent out some of my land out but have not done it yet due to my chests being at risk (I only have 1 realm, I haven't planned on getting a second one)

I was wondering if there was such command that could be implemented that would allow realm owners to be able to set out a certain amount of squares to people? (For example 10x10 in the corner of a 50x50 realm)

Not sure if it would be possible script wise, but it would certainly benefit the community if it was implemented, and would also encourage realm owners to trust 'newbies' to rent out their space for a small price without having to worry about their items being stolen or griefed or w.e

Well there's no command to do that, and its been suggested a few different ways so odds are it wont be implemented. But to add a_person to your realm type: "/realm member a_person" (a_person is hypothetical player that does not exist) to remove the person type the same thing.

They can do that already, it's called adding someone as a member. Really, why would you let someone you don't trust into your realm? That's just plain silly.
