Hello,

I am writing this on my daughters behalf. She is regretful for stealing from public chests and would very much like to be unbanned from your server. She will not do it again as this MC account actually belongs to her older brother who is kind enough to allow her to play form time to time. I have informed her that if she fails to follow the rules and gets this account banned again she will not be allowed to play MC any longer. Not to mention that she will also need to reimburse her brother so he can get himself another MC account.

Seeing as you are a New player on this server, I will give you a few helpful tips regarding maintaining ban appeals.
Each day, bump your ban appeal by posting on this thread by simply typing 'bump'. this will prevent the thread from falling to the bottom page, or possibly being ignored. Do not make another thread, just edit this one If there are any problems.

It may take a few days for the Staff To respond to the appeal, so be patient. they wont forget you.

I hope you can be unbanned soon, It will probably be about 2 weeks Before your daughter can get back on the server, Judging buy the case at hand.

Looking at the ban logs here your daughter wasn't even banned for looting. She was actually ban for griefing the spawn's nether portal.

The overworld portals leading to the nether are protected by realms, but the portals within the nether are accessible to anybody.

I asked her. She thinks she was PVP with someone near the portal in the nether and she hit it. She isn't sure how though as she says she didn't have any diamond items.

Ah. Well in that case, If she had have broken the portal then she must have taken a good deal Of time doing it. Obsidian blocks take awhile to destroy without diamond tools, On the other hand I doubt she would have had that time if she was PvP'ing.
