On accounts of illegal pvp, this player attempted to lava me and was told several times in public chat and in private chat that what he was doing was illegal, yet he made no attempt to stop. My private chat logs addressed to him can provide solid evidence on his warnings and such.

Attempted to. There was one point where I had to build a 1x1 snow block tower to evade him where upon he tried destroying my snow blocks so that I would fall down, take damage, and lava me.

To my amazement, I have found the exact coords of where the incident took place.

This should take you to a block adjacent to the snowblocks I used to get away and checking the logs, you can see that he did destroy some of my snowblocks to "spleef" me off.
