I think he should have least devserved a warning, mostl because people say much worst stuff then that and get 1-2 warnings.

Going by the offense alone, it seems like an unban would be in order, but his appeal is confrontational. Making the mods/admins feel hostile to you is not the best way to get an unban.

Yeah warn him then unban. I would be a little mad if I got banned for that cause not everyone knows what is acceptable or not. Maybe we should start a list of unacceptable words lol :lol:

I think you've been punished long enough, I'm not sure why you never recieved a warning, but just keep the language clean regardless I'm sure he took it out of context.
