Too old to be driving sports cars anymore. Been cruising around in a 4 ltr V6 2000 model Ford "Exploder" for the last couple years. Hoping to upgrade to a Ford Ranger or similar soon.
Funfact: The Explorer was nicknamed "Exploder" due to Firestone tyres fitted to 1990's models exploding, resulting in rollovers.
Not my actual car, but the colour scheme/specs are the same as this one apart from the leather interior and steering wheel being on the opposite/correct side
As an Australian I can do without my ass being burnt on the leather, it's bad enough the belt buckle and steering wheel being turned into torture devices on a hot day.
Prior to this I was driving a 1992 3ltr V6 Mitsubishi Pajero. Montero for the Americans among us or Shogun for the Europeans.
Yes I am aware what Pajero
can translate to, hence other regions changing the name. Nevertheless as my first off road vehicle she was a beauty to drive both on and off road. So many good memories of traversing the Aussie outback with her and my family.
Sadly had to trade her in as the A/C was shot and the bodywork starting to corrode. And I wanted a newer car.
