So yeah, been around a while.

Now, to head this off at the pass.
Do not beg the lottery winners for money. "No begging" IS a rule, and it HAS been posted at spawn. If you STILL wish to panhandle, do not be surprised if it ends with you being given the business end of a banhammer, instead of credits. Winners need only submit a screenshot if it's done via any means besides public chat. If it's in public chat, simply let staff know. The same applies for anyone, really, but it's more emphatic for the lottery winners, due to their high profile.
