On Topic: I doubt optimizing the code will improve lag much to be honest. I'm still convinced that lag is due to too many people on the server as there is no lag with 30 people on, but there is tons with 70-150. I could be wrong though.

Intelli was testing many things last night and only 16 players were on with same lag issues, he then removed the plugin and all back to normal so something is wrong somewhere so he needs to rewrite it and remove all un-needed code (mostly cross-channel coding) and possibly also find the issue of what could be causing all of this.
