Penis/Vagina should be removed from the filter in-game. Now, this creates the potential for abuse, and if so, then the player should be warned and then given a ban for continued abuse of the words. These words are simple human anatomy, and as such, should not be considered vulgar.

If these words are to stay, then, following this logic, I would like to request that the following words be added to the filter:

Genitals Boner/Erection
Genitalia Vibrator
Gonads Schlong/Dong/Pecker
Testicles Tit/Nipple/Areola
Vulva Foreskin
Clitoris Glans
Cum Mammary
Vas Deferens Labium
Labia Prostate
Pubis/Pubic sphincter
Cervix sex/sexual/sexuality
Rectum
Hymen
Uterus
Ovaries/Ovary/Ovum
Sperm/Semen/Egg

Granted the list you made would be only used for more mature conversations, but the medical terminology words shouldnt be filtered. They aren't vulgar in any sense of the word and they are told to children at the age of 10-11, (5th 6th grade at least in US)

Also swearing is usually used in an immature fashion. I cant think of someone using medical words being immature.
