You could say what the price is if anyone actually traded anything anymore. The "market price" of anything is pretty much indeterminate.
Even if you do go by the last known price it was traded at, you may never get anyone to buy or sell it because there's nobody around.
And, based on my experience, people tend not to sell or buy quartz. Those who have it want to sell high (because it's rare, non-renewable, pretty, and useful) and those who want it will only buy as much as they need, will seek out alternative building materials, or will simply go mine their own.
But I'd say Darth's price is a start. I'd actually double it to 20k/stack. That stuff is not common.
