Efficiency+ Unbreak =Terraforming Pick.
Fortune+ Unbreak = Long Lasting Mineral Pick
That's just my theory.

That's just my theory. Efficiency makes blocks quicker to mine therefore making the pick last longer. Who wouldn't want a pick that is fast at breaking blocks and lasts very long.

Efficieny: Blocks are mined faster. The higher the level of efficiency, the faster the resource is mined. Silktouch: Blocks are mined in an "as is" state.
