 Re: New Auction Rules
I am curious. A bidder made a buyout bid, or placed the highest bid and won. However the bidder, doesn't have that much and requests that he pay in small incriments. Is that allowed? And may the seller withhold the goods until payed fully?

I would say that you should not bid on something if you don't have the full funds to back it up. Similar to how if you put something up for auction, consider it gone, you should also consider any credits bid on items to also be gone. So if you can't afford it, it shouldn't have been bid on.

 Re: New Auction Rules
Quote: Edit: New auction rule is as follows "Any auctions posted in the chat section will be locked(real or fake), contact a Staff member if it was put in the wrong section." Shouldn't even be necessary. But sadly, it is.

Buyout = A price a player can pay, which will stop all other bidding and allow them to win the auction immediately. Minimum increment = The smallest value that can go between two bids, stopping people bidding 1rc and spamming the auction thread.

 Re: New Auction Rules
Update the original post due to recent event's -
"The seller MUST clarify any extension rules at the beginning of the auction, in the main post, if they think bidding is going to continue. The seller MUST state whether items can or cannot be used as a bid in thier original post."
