How do you people even manage to get spawn realms! Frickin Try hard on money!

I got mine when spawn realms were a little cheaper and easier to get. The closest one I got for 150k, and the second one I got for 115k. Basically all the money I spent on them was from enchants I sold. Right now I'm currently not selling any because I'm working on a couple builds.
