Any fix for the issues with villagers despawning (more than they're supposed to based on the limit of 8 in a given area) as described here, here, and here?

I know intelli but I meant that you could have 12 villagers near eachother within 6 blocks.

I thought of this before this update, but a potential item-into-wilderness exploit: Storage Minecart?
I didn't see it listed maybe it's included in empty vehicles. If it's possible to do you should change that.
