topgear.david wrote:Hi,
I just installed the plugin and I'm trying to restore an item (for instance Bedrock) this is what I type:
Code: Select all
co restore 7
I am getting the following error:
Code: Select all
Please specify the amount of time to restore
Could someone please tell me what I am doing wrong and what I should do.
Thanks,

if you are rolling back damage then you will want to use the "/co rollback" command. you can specify a block type using rollback.

try the following
/co rollback b:<block> t:<time> r:<radius>

so "<time>"is how long you want to roll back. can be typed like this "7h" or "5m" or "10h8m"
radius is the range of the rollback. I believe 50 is the default and 100 is the max.

so your command would look something like this. It would rollback bedrock damage done in the last 10 hours in a 50 block radius.

/co rollback b:bedrock t:10h r:50

Restoring chest contents

I was able to use command

/co restore r:20 u:xxxx t:260h a:place b:chest

to restore all chests placed by an user

but if I do

/co restore r:20 u:xxx t:260h a:container

the content of those chest isn't restored.

What am I doing wrong?

I'm trying to rollback animals that has been killed by players, and I don't extactly understand how the command works.

I tried this,

./co rollback u:animalkiller123 t:1h a:kill r:50

What am I doing wrong and can you give me a example of a entity-kill rollback?

Thank you.

I used it in the same way, and it works!

before attempting a rollback, try a lookup:

/co l u:animalkiller123 t:1h a:kill r:50

Excellent plugin!! i love it. One question: Can coreprotect rollback or restore command be used to roll back to a specific day ? Like to a specific save on a specific area , say a house someone built? Not talking global wise, but within the radius specified?

You said a restore can rollback a rollback?

How would you rollback a rollback with the restore command...? I just need an example. Thanks

if what you typed in the comment is what you typed in game, then you need to replace ";" with ":".
colon. not a semicolon

Im going to use Notch as the user that griefed that you are rolling back for.

Say he griefed about 3 and a half hours ago, and you rolled the server back with the command /co rollback u:notch t:4hour r:25 --- 4 hours but decided that was too far. so to restore it that 30 minute difference the command would be /co restore u:notch t:30minute r:25 --- which would roll the server forward 30 minutes
