mrcrazydude is a good friend of mine, and i really want him to help with my realm.

here are the reasons he was banned
1.he supposedly lavad someone near the spawn.

reasons he should be unbanned
1. he didnt know what he was doing, what he did would normally be allowed on alot of servers. he didnt even know there was a website, or even rules!
2. the person mrcrazydude963 lavad was the person who griefed his house and took his sign which is against the rules.
3. he spends most of his time on my realm, so i dont see how he could be much trouble.
4. and most importantly, i know him in real life. i can keep an eye on him and explain the rules and stuff so he knows better.
5.he really is a nice person, its just when someone griefs him, he doesnt know better than to get payback.

but yeah, i am truly sorry about what he did, i wasnt on at the time so he had to build a shelter somewhere far from the spawn, and someone found it and took the sign and everything in the chest. he killed that person, and a mod saw and banned him

I think this dude should learn to write an appeal by himself. And there is no excuse for him not knowing about rules on this server. THEY'RE IN FRONT OF YOU WHEN YOU FIRST SPAWN. If you can't read some big signs that stretch across an entire wall, no, you should not be unbanned. If you get someone else to write YOUR appeal, no, you should not be unbanned.

Also, if someone griefed his house, he should screenshot it and report it. It's as easy as clicking f2 and making a post on the forum.

1) If he is to lazy to write it himself he must not care about getting unbanned.

2. This server has been up for an extremely long time. Not once has there not been rule signs.

1. Being unaware of the law doesn't make you exempt from it. Or in lay-man's terms: don't be dumb. Ask what the rules are.
2. Retribution of an illegal act in the form of an illegal act doesn't exempt you from punishment. Ex: if someone steals your wallet, you don't reserve the right to kill him or steal his car.
3. Obviously enough, he caused some sort of trouble to get banned.
4. And who's to say you're to be his trusted guardian? If I recall correctly, you did some bad things yourself.

i feel like at this point you guys are just trying to start up an argument. first, how many times do i have to tell you that when he told me he was banned, i went to make a ban appeal straight away. he didnt ask me to, and he didnt know either. hes not lazy.
on previous servers, i have seen different rules. obviously, he thought the rules on this server werent so strict, considering someone easily griefed his house. obviously, he was wrong. as i said before, he has seen different rules on other servers. he killed the person who griefed his house. and yes, he got banned by putting lava on someone near spawn. i didnt say i was his trusted guardian, did i? NO, i said i would help him get started, and teach him the rules more so he doesnt make another mistake. and what did i do?! And finally, i don't even wanna reply to number five. so please tell me now whether your trying to start a flame war, because all i tried to do was help my friend....

A more positive way now that it has been a few days would be to inform him about this site, and have him post is own appeal.
