Shortly.

I enjoy playing Minerealm with Axel. He is really a good guy, he should have a warring instead of a permernet ban.

If he gets a "unban" I'll help making it fair to The-Jack-DeCk, "the 1cr overbidder" by giving him a stack of free slimes.

Slightly off topic, I ran an ingame auction the other day and the highest bid was from a player whos name i cannot remember of 4k, he then backed out from paying saying that his credits had been stolen.
I spoke to shampoo_lord about it, who done nothing other than said ask the next highest bidder if they wanted it, but I couldn't remember who it was, so I re-ran the auction, second time round it sold for 1.5k so i missed out on 2.5k and nothing was done about it.

Back on topic.
So why should a member of staff not ban this player who is in complete violation of a stated rule whereas Axel here is in no violation of any rules set on the forums.

I hope you didn't just say I violated a rule, because I shall have to use about 10000 pounds of argument against everything you attempt to come back with.

As for redkiller, I'm one of about 30 people who routinely bid in 1rc increments. Don't have to give me a nickname about it.

No I wasn't saying you broke any rules, I meant the player who backed out of my auciton the other day broke a rule. Sorry for the confusion.

My point is:

Axel beeing ban is sad for him.
Jack not getting hes slimes is bad for him.

Alternative:

Unban Axel, an give him a second chance. Axel has learned his lesson today.
Me and Axel will gather slimeballs and promise to sell 8 stacks for 20.501 crs. to Jack.

Rejected. Any auctions run in the chat are NOT regulated.

The only situation in which we would ban in the chat is, for example, if you paid 20,000 credits and didn't receive the auction item.

This is not what you were banned for. If you want to get unbanned, you'll need to make a proper ban appeal.
