Edit 5: This is resolved now, but the glitch still exists as of the date of this edit. See my pertaining suggestion topic here: http://minerealm.com/community/viewtopi ... =10&t=3989
I placed a workbench on the ice and made some bread, ate it, and broke the workbench...but then it lagged bad, so the workbench did the "I'll just not be broken now, but break when you stop lagging" thing that happens when minecraft has net lag...anyway, I jumped up on top of the workbench so I could look around for hostile mobs and easily see when the bench broke, as I would fall 1 block, and that somehow got detected as a flying mod.
Don't remember coords, if that would help at all, but they're in the player file, if needed...
Please ask for any other information that may be necessary.
Edit: Removed manual signature as I put one in on the UCP after seeing the checkbox below.
Edit 2: I found someone else with a similar issue at the following topic: http://minerealm.com/community/viewtopi ... =20&t=3981
I will continue to search the bans for similar cases...
Edit 3: Adding another similar topic: http://minerealm.com/community/viewtopi ... =20&t=3955
Just as a note, I'm not trying to be annoying or anything with all the edits (thus the edits; not double posting). I just like to keep them all labeled and separated for the sake of organization.
Anyway, since I've found 3 fairly recent similar cases (being my own and the other two I've listed), I believe this to be worth looking into as far as a bot patch to fix the error...that or the governments of our countries could just give everyone fast internet to prevent the lag that (seemingly) triggers this...
Edit 4: My last intended edit of this post. Just more links to similar cases (stopped looking somewhere on page 4; plenty of them already)...

Also, I noticed a screenshot of Intelli getting banned for flying in someone's sig...
Personally, I think that this, in conjunction with the high number of false bannings, which will greatly decrease the efficiency of banning resolutions in general, is quite a big issue. I believe that in this case, resolution of the original problem (the glitch in help bot) will save a very considerable amount of time in the long run.
My apologies for my long-windedness
