Ill take this one reason at a time
1. Messages asking me to be banned. From what i know now many people get made at me (unless they dont say anything and just tell staff). The only reason i could think about someone doing this is FatBubbsyFunny which i skyped with and he has told me certain information. I then told others and he got very defensive and started saying you have someonthing coming for you,you just wait. I have proof of what he told me and hes just angry trying to hide it.

2. Swearing? After my first ban for cursing i have only swore 3 times i beleive one was to someone (not saying specificlly who) was talking crap about my family and i told the to shut the .... up. Both other times were things like this: lol /g thats ---- crazy --- happened? As you see i type lol before /g meaning for it to be a /guild messege and i just messed up. Any other swearing occasions i am un aware off.


3. Spamming. The most ive spammed was twice in a row. I say i found another dungeon. and say it again quickly. I never say it more than twice. If this is spammming i am terribly sorry.

4. Harrasing/Antagonising. I thought that was all a forum ban about the villager stuff. I thought it all came together into one forum ban. If this is untrue then i opologize to prodigy9 for trying to interupte his villager trading. I spent over 50k getting my villagers and i felt like they were worthless with what he was doing. Any other issues under this topic i am unaware of and please notify me of.

5. I appologize from all the things ive done now and in the past. I didnt know that things could stockpile.
Wheather they stock or not doingthese many things in any assorted time is unreasonable. I understand why i was banned and i will pay the consequences. I never ment to hurt anyones feelings or affect anyone in any bad way on the server. For everyone that i have done something rude/mean/ignorant/ or just a plain up retarded move i appologize and i hope you can forgive me.
Minerealm is the best server out there and always will be. I hate being banned and i cant explain to you how sorry i am.

wolf does tend to swear and spam every once in a while, but he is a great person to play with. i know he understands what he has done and i am sure that he is capable of controlling himself in-game.

I have never known about these other incidents where people have gotten mad at you and have told staff, but as someone posted on my ban appeal, you need to talk about it with each other before anything gets out of hand. Telling staff is ok, i guess, but i really dont think that talking it out with whoever reported you would have worked if they really wanted you banned so bad.
Cussing in public chat is not allowed. But in /g chat all the time, i have realized that you attempt to type for speed more than for accuracy.
You never really spam the chat while i am on. But i have noticed that you do get overly happy sometimes when you do find a spawner, and (maybe) it gets out of hand, but it never gets to the point of someone banning you.

Either post proof of any offense, or stop talking about it. That said, It doesn't matter what your logic is, there is NO ACCEPTABLE REASON to break ANY server rule.

You are aware that cursing is entirely prohibited, correct? It doesn't matter if it is in the guild chat, public chat, private messages, buddy chat, or any other media that has, was, or will be implemented on the server. Also, once again, there is NO ACCEPTABLE REASON to break ANY server rule.

This is the only thing I cannot directly counter, except to say that bans are not granted unless there is sufficient proof. Seeing as how you are banned, I am more than happy to accept what is accepted as adequate proof, which is the word of Staff.

You attempted to bribe other players to not trade with someone. That is both harassment and generally being rude. I'd like to also point out that purposely attempting to derail somebodies trade thread is incredibly disrespectful.

Now, allow me to point out a few things. I personally find your entire appeal to be meaningless and hollow. You did not apologize for what you did, you attempted to justify everything left and right. After each occurrence of this, you effectively said "if that didn't work, fine, I'm sorry". I find this type of "apology" to be totally worthless. Furthermore, you have argued and fought with members of the Staff for what they have chosen to do. Need I point out that all decisions are at the discretion of Staff? This means we can ban you for saying "Toaster" too many times. The idea, however, is that we are fair and respectful to you, and we expect the same courtesy in return.

I would advise you to re-write the entire appeal, and this time, do something that you failed entirely at the first time around. Display remorse. Bans are entirely at the discretion of Staff with Intelli having the final say. If chosen, any appeal can be rejected. You are not entitled to play on this server. It is not yours, and owes you nothing.

I think what he was trying to say was that the way you wrote this does not seem like you are remorseful. The paragraphs you numbered 1-4 were all about trying to justify your actions, and THEN after all of the defensiveness, you proceeded to apologize.

The way you wrote it makes it sound like you are saying "Well, I don't really think I did anything wrong, but I am sorry." An apology like that is considered "hollow".

Also, keep in mind that spamming and essentially everything else is not limited to public chat. Guild chat and messages can be provided as evidence. You are expected to follow all server rules in said chats.

I am sorry for everything i did, again, i know what i did was wrong and i was being a complete moron. I try not to cause trouble but im not perfect I messed up i was rude mean and a complete jerk. I made mistakes i will never make again. I apologize to everyone i harmed feelings wise or on there Minerealm career. I am very sorry.
