Helping people in the nether is not a good thing. It implies he thinks the nether should not be a free pvp zone which means he disagrees with the current rule set. Also mentioned above are his wish to ban people over non-offensive words. Those combined tell me that he considers his own personal set of rules more important than Minerealm's which is not a position a mod can have. Mods are here to support Minerealm's rules, not their own.

There is no set of rules that imply on the nethers.
u are allowed to do so what u wish, excluding the regular griefing rule then.
If u wish to help people there , be my guest i didn't know the nethers had a rule of " u are to kill anyone in sight and NOT help them".

Also about the "Non-offensive" words, these guys had been warned multiple times that they where not pleasing people with that word choice and where asked nicely to use the full word as written correctly and not some spasm short cut word.

So i stand by my choise of wanting Spartacus as A mod

Cannabin0l, firstly thanks for the constructive criticism, but i'd like to correct you on one point, i was not personally offended, i was just saying that if you used this joke at certain people, saying certain things, which are well used parts of the joke, that you might offend them. e.g. playerx's mum is extremely obese, but playery doesn't know this and comes out with: "yo momma's so fat, i have to drive two miles to get around her!". This offends playerx and we now have a bad situation. not saying anyone here is gonna do this or whatever, just a warning to be careful with these types of jokes

King Sparticus has all the qualities of a good moderator which I find many applicants lacking: great patience, a thick skin, the capacity to lead, and an inexaustable willingness to help other players.

These qualities and the ability to fill a common gap in the mod/admin schedule make him a perfect choice for moderator.

I've spent quite a lot of the time on the server when king has been on. He always strives to help members of the community.

I think he would make a great addition to the staff team and crucially will be available at times when most if not all staff members are offline. This will be a huge benefit to everyone online at these times.
