Which of the following options are your opinions of a new project in minerealm?

Considering all 3 options got positive results, I would like to continue the poll, but also ask everybody who reads this to answer a few questions.

Question A:
Do you think that all 3 of these in a sort of amusment park would be the best compromise?

Question B:
In order for me to not waste 100k on this project, would you pay a fee in order to enter the park?

Question C:
Would you help with either donating time or materials?

Question D:
What are your thoughts of 3 projects merged into a fun-zone? Do you think this could become a "hot spot" in minerealm?

Edit: 900TH POST! I'll make a cowbell too, I guess.

Alrighty, back to business. I don't think you should sacrafice any of the ideas that you put together, and should in fact build an amusement park for all three, plus a few extra things to keep the variety up.
Ideally, it should be in the 2000 range from spawn, to alleviate some of the FPS issues some players have in the crowded, over developed area.

Ideas for said park include:

-All three attractions suggested.
-A roller coaster.
-Scenic, centralized park.
-Log cabbins (for funsies)
-Cowbell logo with "JackCorp" written in red and orange letters on it, floating above the entire thing. Cowbell sound through noteblocks is optional.

A dedicated subway line would make finding it easy, and I will personally help it be dug, as mindless underground projects are sort of my thing.

Actually, the realms are within 300 blocks from spawn. I find that I have a tough time getting customers with a realm 20 seconds from spawn, so 10 minutes,.... :/

Also, this is a bump. Somebody else should make a post like Ryu's, so I can further analyze the public's opinion.
