Nope, which is probably part of the reason why the third option is currently winning this poll. I'll probably play on both servers still--I like what I've got going in 4.0, but I suspect that most of the action will be at 5.0 once it's out. The 5.0 system, and the extent to which I like or dislike it, will probably decide where I spend most of my time.
