I've recently bought a near- spawn realm from smith2013, at about 300, 200. Because of the lack of view there (Cobblestone castles and walls surrounding the realm) I've been waiting for Ste25's realms to disband, which are right next to my realm at 200, 300. Unfortunately, although Ste25 is permabanned (From what I can see, after a 3 time X- ray offense) he has continued to bypass the disband system by logging on weekly to keep the realms active.

From what I know permabanned players cannot prevent their realms from disbanding, so I'm simply asking for them to be disbanded by Intelli, or another staff member. I know a lot of people will say that Ste's not permabanned and whatnot, but face it. He's been banned for a good 4 months at least, and for an offense committed 2 other times in the past. Chances are he won't be unbanned, and we can all see that.

I'll later provide screenshots of the 3 realms owned by Ste25 that are being requested to be disbanded, along with all of his other realms. Thank you for taking the time to read this, and if the disband request is accepted could a staff member please post a date and time of the disband.

I support this because it makes spawn more of a eyesore and lets face it, we want spawn to be more inviting then a desert landscape for the new players and regulars alike.

I heard you wanted a disband too, and yes. Much of spawn is an eyesore. My first priority is to return his realms to its former natural state, then build a few shops and other buildings to decorate it. TBH, obstructing a good view is more of selfishness than anything, and I'm not just saying that.

Anyways I would greatly appreciate for this to be accepted.

5.0 should have a better system for the disbanding of banned player's realms. Maybe a property tax is the right way to go.

I have not been told I am permabanned. I have only x-rayed once which I admitted to. Whilst I am waiting for a reply in my ban appeal I will continue to keep my realms.

If I am ever told I am permabanned, I will gladly let the realms disband.



Are you saying my realms are an eyesore? Lets be honest now, there flat and covered in grass. Not much of an eyesore.

Ste25 can I get 1 of your realms if you are prenatal banned? I have tried to buy it from you for ages so if you are permabanned its not more than right to give me 1 of them

Alright now, Clearly your realms are not an eyesore. I was talking about Chronictaco's realm, a Huge rock wall covering the entire north view of my realm.

Also, If Ste Is permabanned his 3 spawn realms will be hopefully split amongst me, Bridgedweller, and because he asked too, Keve. Please notice thought that I have no control over that.
